The Bauxite Processing Machine is very stable during normal operation, and the vibration value is 1-2.5mm/s. However, if it is not well adjusted, it will cause vibration. If the amplitude exceeds the standard (3.5mm/s), it will alarm. Therefore, the main problem encountered during the commissioning phase is vibration. No mat is formed on the disc, and the liner of the grinding roller and the disc directly contact to cause vibration. The main reasons for the shape of the mat are:

1, the amount of material. The amount of Bauxite Processing Machine must be adapted to the capacity of the Bauxite Processing Machine. When the amount of blanking is lower than the output of the Bauxite Processing Machine, the layer will gradually become thinner. When the material layer is thin to a certain extent, the tension is tightened. Under the effect of its own weight, there will be a chance that the intermittent roller will directly contact the impact, causing vibration.

2. The material has low hardness and good friability. When the material has good friability, low hardness and high tension, even if there is a certain thickness of the layer, there is a possibility that the pressure may cause vibration in an instant.

3. The retaining ring is low. When the material is easy to grind and fragile, the retaining ring is low, it is difficult to ensure a smooth thickness of the material layer. Therefore, the material should be easily ground to properly raise the retaining ring.

4, full of vibration. After the material in the mill settles, the grinding roller is almost buried, which is called full grinding.

The reason why the Bauxite Processing Machine produces saturating is that the amount of material is too large, so that the circulating load in the mill increases; the speed of the separator is too fast, so that the circulating load in the mill increases; the circulating load is large, and the amount of powder produced is increased. Excessive, exceeding the carrying capacity of the gas passing through the mill; insufficient ventilation in the mill, the system is leaking a large amount of air or improper adjustment.
