Installation of Electromagnetic Vibratory Feeders

During the use, the bearing should be filled with grease regularly, once every two months, once a month during the hot season, and repaired every six months. Replace the internal bearing with a motor.

Precautions Before Startup

  • 1. Check and eliminate any debris between the body and the chute, spring and bracket that affects the movement of the body;
  • 2. Check that all fasteners are fully tightened;
  • 3. Check if the lubricating oil in the exciter is higher than the oil level;
  • 4. Check if the transmission belt is good. If it is damaged, it should be replaced in time. If there is oil, it should be clean;
  • 5. Check if the protective device is good and remove it when it is found to be unsafe.

Precautions When Using

  • 1. Check whether the condition of the Electromagnetic Vibratory Feeders and the transmission part is normal before starting;
  • 2, must be started without load;
  • 3. After starting, if abnormal conditions are found, stop immediately and wait until the abnormality is found and eliminated before starting again.
  • 4. After the Electromagnetic Vibratory Feeders is stable and vibrating, it can be run with materials;
  • 5, the feeding should meet the load test requirements;
  • 6. The shutdown should be carried out according to the process sequence. It is forbidden to stop the material or stop feeding after the shutdown or after the shutdown.
