  • The vibration amplitude of the feeder is small, and the shaker cannot adjust the amplitude normally. The exciter thyristor is broken down by excessive voltage and current, or the gap between the components of the device is blocked by excess material;
  • The iron core and the armature air gap are not in the range of 2.0±0.1mm, which is too large or too small to affect the feeding capacity.


  • Note that the feed port and the discharge port of the trough cannot be fixedly connected with other equipment, but the chute should have a certain swimming range so that it does not affect the normal amplitude of the Vibrating Grizzly Feeder;
  • Reduce the amount of feed immediately and keep the feed even;
  • Clean the clogged material in time and replace the shaker SCR;
  • Make an appropriate adjustment to the air gap.
