Reasons for low efficiency of Slag Vertical Roller Mill

Influence of equipment construction on grinding efficiency

1. Influence of the center on the mine defect

2. Impact of mine crusher discharge defects

Insufficient relative size affects the rapid discharge of pulp in the Slag Vertical Roller Mill. The classified equipment is mainly composed of a spiral classifier and a cyclone. The cyclone is arranged, and in the absence of natural height difference, the slurry pump is required to send the discharge of the Slag Vertical Roller Mill to the cyclone, in particular, the cyclone and the one-stage mill form a closed-circuit grinding process, and the cyclone is rotated. The grit of the flow device needs to be returned to a section of the mill, and the slurry pump needs to be configured. The motor power of the slurry pump is several times that of the spiral classifier motor. The Slag Vertical Roller Mill has a large diameter and length. At present, there is no large-scale spiral classifier matched with it, which basically forms a grinding and grading process with the cyclone configuration.
