1. Grinding disc: including guiding ring, wind ring, retaining ring, lining plate, disc body, scraping plate and lifting device.

2. Grinding roller: The roller sleeve is a wearable part, which requires sufficient toughness and good wear resistance.

3. The classifier can be divided into three categories: static, dynamic and high-efficiency combined sorting machine:

(1) Static classifier: The working principle is similar to the cyclone cylinder. The structure is simple, there are no moving parts, and it is not easy to malfunction. However, the adjustment is not flexible and the separation efficiency is not high.

(2) Dynamic classifier: This is a high-speed rotating cage. When the dusty gas passes through the cage, the fine particles are brought in by the friction of the air. The coarse particles are directly intercepted by the blade, and the speed of the rotor can be adjusted according to requirements. When the rotation speed is high, the finer the fineness of the discharge, the same as the classification principle of the centrifugal classifier. It has high classification accuracy and fineness control is also very convenient.

(3) High-efficiency combined type separator: combines a dynamic classifier (rotary cage) and a static classifier (guide vane), that is, a cylindrical cage as a rotor, and a wind guide is distributed around it. The blade makes the airflow uniformly enter the classifier area up and down, the separation of the coarse and fine powder is clear, and the powder selection efficiency is high. However, the resistance of this classifier is large, so the wear of the blade is also large.

4. Pressing device: hydraulic device, energy storage device.

5. Monitoring device: rocker monitoring and vibration monitoring.

6, transmission: motor, reducer.

7. Water spray system: reduce temperature and stabilize the material layer.

8, coarse powder external circulation system: hoist.
